Overview

In 2025, the main Volksfest of the Pfaffenhofen district once again attracted thousands of visitors between hop fields and the Danube to the Volksfest grounds. Over twelve festival days, the beer tent, amusement park, and festival program provided the typical Bavarian September atmosphere.

The 2025 edition followed the proven program of previous years with beer tapping on the opening weekend, family days with reduced ride prices, a seniors' day, and a traditional festive parade. The beer tent offered Franconian and Old Bavarian snack specialties, Maß beer from Hallertau, and live music in the evenings.

As usual, the Volksfest concluded the main season of Upper Bavarian Volksfeste in 2025 and overlapped with the start of the Munich Oktoberfest. The organizer last year was also the City of Pfaffenhofen a.d.Ilm.
