Overview

The Pasinger Vorwiesn 2025 continued the tradition of over 100 years, bringing Munich residents from Pasing and the entire city to the festival grounds on Silberdistelstraße from the last weekend of July to the first weekend of August. As every year, the beer tapping ceremony, the marquee with König Ludwig beer, the Schafkopf championship, the flea market, the vintage car meet, and the family program were highlights.

Pasinger Vorwiesn 2025

In 2025, the Vorwiesn opened its doors again at the end of July. The District Committee Pasing-Obermenzing and local clubs organized the program on a voluntary basis as usual. The accessible marquee for up to 2,100 guests was well-filled on warm summer evenings; the Schafkopf tournament on Saturday and the vintage car meet on Sunday were once again crowd-pullers.

Tradition Before Munich Wiesn

Pasing's Vorwiesn remains an important Munich festival tradition – not tourist-driven, but a neighborhood-grown district folk festival that connects the city anew each year with a taste of the Oktoberfest season.
