Oyster Festival Düsseldorf

The 2025 Oyster Festival ran as a seasonal pop-up format on several summer weekends in front of the Theatre Museum in Düsseldorf's Hofgarten, as in previous years. The Düsseldorf city magazine platform The Dorf curated the format in cooperation with the Theatre Museum — relaxed atmosphere, fresh French oysters, Sancerre, Muscadet, and Picpoul, plus French pop music over speakers. The concept deliberately focused on the atmosphere of a French Atlantic coast weekend in the middle of Düsseldorf's city center — and was embraced by regular and new visitors as a small culinary getaway.
