Overview

The Outside World Festival 2025 at Bielefeld's Lokschuppen once again brought together DJ legends from the 90s and 2000s rave scene. Three floors, a sold-out industrial backdrop, thousands of ravers from Ostwestfalen, the Ruhr area, Hanover, and Münster — a night full of trance anthems, hard techno, and house classics.

The May 2025 edition confirmed Outside World's status as Ostwestfalen's most important rave revival festival. With established DJ names from the golden years of electronic music, Lokschuppen was packed — especially the 35+ generation celebrated their youth exuberantly.

The organizers once again focused on three areas with clear genre separation: Rave Classics, Techno Classics, and House Classics. The concept has proven successful — visitors switch between floors according to their mood, finding the perfect set for every taste.
