Osterkirmes Wuppertal — Edition 2025

The Osterkirmes Wuppertal 2025 on Carnaper Platz offered nine days of family entertainment over the Easter holidays: rides for all ages, traditional showman stalls, ice cream and crêpe stands, as well as special days for families and children. The Wuppertal funfair tradition, as an almost monthly event component of the city, continued in 2025. The event featured classic family and high-speed rides (bumper cars, "Willy der Wurm" family roller coaster, children's carousels), complemented by around 100 food and game stalls. Special family and children's days ensured reduced admission and special promotions — the Wuppertal showmen's contract with the city has secured this format for years. Wuppertal's funfair season is one of the densest in North Rhine-Westphalia: a total of ten dates throughout the year, from the Osterkirmes and May Funfair to the MEGA KIRMES and the "Lichterzauber" (Festival of Lights) funfair in autumn.
