Ostalgie-Abend at Wasserschloss Mellenthin

The 2025 Ostalgie-Abend at Wasserschloss Mellenthin confirmed its successful format. Duo Grauer November – Tancred Schmidt and Lothar Merz – brought GDR songs live to the Renaissance building, combined with little background stories and their own introductions.

In February – the off-season on Usedom – the event creates a special atmosphere: no crowds, but an intimate concert setting in the castle hall with a moat outside the windows. For years, the Wasserschloss has excelled at hosting such cultural evenings, bringing enjoyable quality even to the darker months.
