Overview

The 2025 edition of the Orange Sun Festival took place on the first weekend of July on the natural site at the Slavic Burgwall Menkendorf. Four floors with Psytrance, HiTech, Hardtechno, and Chillout, as well as an international DJ lineup and camping included.

The Orange Sun Festival 2025 once again brought thousands of Psytrance and Techno travelers to the Rögnitz river in the Ludwigslust-Parchim district. As in previous years, four floors played Psytrance, Progressive Trance, HiTech, Dark, Hardtechno, and Chillout-Ambient continuously from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon.

In the shadow of the over thousand-year-old Slavic Burgwall, people danced, slept, ate, and celebrated. The awareness concept, healing zones, and the vegetarian/vegan food offerings were again central components of this edition.
