In 2025, the summer masterclass at Oper Schloss Laubach concluded with public final concerts in the Herrschaftsscheune. The participants presented scenes from the classical repertoire, developed during three weeks of rehearsals, and subsequently took part in the singing competition.
The 2025 edition followed the established format: a three-week masterclass at Schloss Laubach with accommodation and work on-site, two public final concerts in the Herrschaftsscheune, and an internal singing competition before a jury of international opera house directors.
Programme
Public final concerts featuring scenes from the Italian, German, and French opera repertoire. Accompaniment by piano or a small ensemble. Followed by an internal singing competition with an award ceremony.
