Overview
The Open Air Park Düsseldorf was originally scheduled to open in 2025 with AC/DC. Due to delays in completion, the premiere has been postponed to the 2026 season with System of a Down. Therefore, no official concerts took place in this venue in 2025 – the System of a Down show is the actual opening of the location.
The opening announced for summer 2025 was postponed by Live Nation and the City of Düsseldorf to allow for the completion of construction work and infrastructure (Event Mobility, public transport connections, harbor areas).
