Two days of highlights from 100 years of mobility — tractors, Unimogs, cars, and motorcycles on the farm
The Oldtimer-Treffen at Museumshof Lensahn is one of the most important gatherings for classic car enthusiasts in Ostholstein. Over two days, vehicles from several decades of mobility history gather — from the vintage Lanz Bulldog tractor to classic Mercedes sedans and British sports cars, to the Unimog family and heavy commercial vehicles.
The Museumshof Lensahn is a significant open-air museum in the Ostholstein district, preserving the rural life of Schleswig-Holstein on approximately 11 hectares: old thatched-roof houses, workshops, fields, animals, and demonstrations of historical agriculture. This setting is ideal for the Oldtimer-Treffen — the historic vehicles are displayed in front of appropriate farm buildings rather than in an anonymous parking lot.
Lensahn is located in the Ostholstein district of the state of Schleswig-Holstein, on the A1 motorway between Lübeck and the Vogelfluglinie (Bird Flight Line) to Denmark. The region between Heiligenhafen, Grömitz, and Neustadt is a tourist hotspot in the summer — the Museumshof offers the ideal bad-weather alternative program and, at the same time, an authentic insight into rural Schleswig-Holstein away from the beaches.
Owners of classic vehicles enter for free — a gesture that attracts a large number of vehicles to the farm each year. Regular visitors pay between €4.50 and €8.50, depending on the seasonal price. Tip: Those with a fondness for historical agriculture can combine their visit with a tour of the museum grounds — stables, old smithy, and bakehouse are in operation during the event.
The 2026 edition is confirmed on the event calendar of the Lensahn municipality. As in previous years, the meet spans two days with an exhibition, the award for the most beautiful vehicle, a parts market, and workshop demonstrations.
The venue is the Museumshof Prienfeldhof in Lensahn — an open-air museum that is fully operational during the event, thus combining the classic car meet with a presentation of historical agriculture.
