October is a classic market month in Rhineland-Palatinate. The Oktobermarkt in KiBo harnesses this mood and offers an attractive weekend for residents and visitors.

Schlossplatz Kirchheimbolanden – a central square in the old town – provides space for classic fairground attractions: carousels, swing rides, game stalls, and smaller rides. This fair-like component makes the market particularly attractive for families with children. The children have fun while parents stroll through the old town's vendor mile.
