The 49th Cottbus October Run took place on October 5, 2025, under autumnal sunny conditions. Start at Hermann-Löns-Straße, distances from Bambini run to Marathon. Thousands of runners participated — the penultimate edition before the 50th anniversary in 2026.
49th Cottbus October Run 2025
On October 5, 2025, LC Cottbus invited participants to the 49th edition of its traditional October Run. In "finest autumn weather," as the organizers call it, runners started on Marathon, Half Marathon, 10 km, 5 km, 2 km, 1 km, and Bambini courses. Walking participants were also welcome.
The 49th edition also served as a dress rehearsal for the big 50th anniversary in 2026 — a piece of Brandenburg sports history. Registration and course information: oktoberlauf-cottbus.de.
