Oktoberfest of the Kolpingkapelle Westerngrund — Edition 2025

With the 25th Oktoberfest, the Kolpingkapelle Westerngrund celebrated a special anniversary in 2025. The large festival tent on the festival grounds was the scene of celebration from Friday to Monday: In the evenings, party bands from Austria and Germany provided the atmosphere, while Saturday began with the traditional beer tapping. Sunday, as usual, was dedicated to the "Day of Brass Music" with invited guest bands and free admission, and Monday provided a cozy end to the festival with Frühschoppen, a free beer hour, and a family program. The anniversary festival once again confirmed the importance of the Oktoberfest as one of the most significant club festivals in the hintere Kahlgrund.
