A century of fire brigade – that's an occasion to celebrate. In 2026, the Zetel Volunteer Fire Brigade looks back on 100 years of voluntary commitment to the safety of the community. Generations of women and men have extinguished fires, rescued people, provided technical assistance, and conducted fire safety education during this time.

Oktoberfest as Anniversary Celebration

For its anniversary celebration, the FF Zetel has chosen an unusual format: an Oktoberfest in the Bavarian tradition. The Markthamm in Zetel will transform into a traditional festival tent on October 31st, complete with beer tables, Lederhosen, Dirndls, pretzels, and Bavarian beer served in Maßkrüge.

Lechpower as Star Guest

Musically, the party band Lechpower will ensure the right atmosphere. The band is known for its rousing live show, which combines Bavarian classics, Schlager, and party hits. Lively, danceable, and perfect for an Oktoberfest.

Markthamm as Festival Venue

The Markthamm in the center of Zetel is the traditional festival grounds for the community and offers enough space for a large festival tent with a stage and all the necessary amenities.

Tickets are available from the Zetel Volunteer Fire Brigade and official sales points. Early booking is recommended, as the anniversary festival is expected to attract significant interest.
