Overview
The Oberndorfer Walpurgisgericht 2025 once again attracted thousands of visitors to the Pfisterpark in the Schweinfurt district of Oberndorf. A medieval procession, a court hearing, a market, and camp life transformed the park into a colorful medieval stage on Corpus Christi Day.
In 2025, the Oberndorfer Walpurgisgericht was again held on Corpus Christi Day in the Pfisterpark. The Bürger- und Kulturverein Oberndorf (BKVO) organized the grand procession, the reenacted court hearing, and the medieval market.
Minstrels, jugglers, and camp groups characterized the scene in the park, and a diverse range of catering with medieval dishes completed the festive day. This confirmed the event once again as one of the most beautiful medieval festivals in Lower Franconia.
