Edition 2025 — Oberdorfer Gaudiwurm
In 2025, the Oberdorfer Gaudiwurm, one of the largest Carnival parades in Bavarian Swabia, once again paraded through Marktoberdorf. Over 2,000 participants with imaginative floats, walking groups, and Guggamusik bands created a colourful Carnival spectacle.
Gaudiwurm 2025
The Oberdorfer Gaudiwurm is one of the fixed Carnival highlights in the Allgäu. In 2025, the parade, organised by D'Oberdorfer Fasnachter e.V., once again wound its way through the town centre of Marktoberdorf.
As every year, imaginative floats, original walking groups, and lively Guggamusik bands characterised the scene. Thousands of spectators from all over the Allgäu lined the streets and experienced the Swabian-Alemannic Carnival in all its diversity.
