Overview

The Nuremberg Spring Festival 2025 took place as in previous years over two weeks at the Dutzendteich fairground. Beer tents, rides, Family Day, barrel tapping on the opening Saturday, and fireworks on the final evening – the classic program before the XXL expansion in 2026.

The Nuremberg Spring Festival 2025 still ran in the classic two-week format – with the large brewery beer tents, several snack stands, roller coasters, Ferris wheel, and children's carousels. The opening Saturday featured the barrel tapping ceremony and a brewery parade, while the closing Sunday offered the grand fireworks display over the Dutzendteich.

Following the 2025 edition, showmen, breweries, and the city decided to extend the festival to three weeks for the first time in 2026 and to reintroduce the traditional Papert beer tent – a response to high visitor numbers and the economic importance of the festival.
