Overview

The 2025 edition of NORDwind took place on July 6th on the Waldbühne in the Stadtpark Norderstedt. The Musikverein Norderstedt e.V. once again presented all its ensembles in an open-air concert afternoon for the benefit of SOS Children's Villages — with free admission for all visitors.

As early as 2025, the NORDwind format proved its appeal. The Waldbühne in the Stadtpark was once again the stage for a packed concert program between 5 PM and 9 PM featuring all ensembles of the music association.

As every year, NORDwind combined musical diversity — from Big Band swing, Latin, and jazz to rock, pop, film music, and symphonic works — with the charitable cause. The free donation practice for SOS-Kinderdorf (SOS Children's Villages) has established itself as a model that generates significant resonance.
