45th Bavarian Nordgautag 2026 — Cultural Festival of the Upper Palatinate

The Bavarian Nordgautag is not held every year — the Oberpfälzer Kulturbund organizes the festival in a multi-year cycle at changing locations in the Upper Palatinate. Extensive preparations take place at the respective host location between festival years.

2025 was the year of preparation for Roding: defining the motto, planning the programme at over 20 venues, involving local associations, schools, and cultural creators. School art competitions, association meetings, and sponsorship acquisition characterized the pre-festival calendar.
