Night2Dance Neuerburg

Night2Dance Neuerburg is the annual dance groups festival of the carnival club KV 3-6-9 Neuerburg. It takes place as part of the Musical Summer Neuerburg, the traditional cultural series of the Eifel town of Neuerburg in the Eifel district of Bitburg-Prüm.

The carnival club KV 3-6-9 Neuerburg is the local carnival society, whose name refers to the symbolic number 3-6-9 in the Eifel carnival tradition. In addition to the classic carnival events during the season between November and Ash Wednesday, the club also maintains a year-round dance and guard tradition with dance groups that rehearse and perform throughout the year.

Night2Dance sees itself as a showcase for regional dance groups. Carnival guards, dance formations from neighboring carnival clubs, show dance groups, and independent formations present their rehearsed show dances on stage. The spectrum ranges from classic guard dances and modern show dance choreographies to hip-hop and street dance-inspired formats.

Interactive Festival

An important feature of Night2Dance is the audience's involvement. Unlike pure dance presentations, active participation, dancing along, and applauding are encouraged here. This creates a lively summer festival atmosphere in the Stadtpark, distinguishing the dance festival from classic concert or show formats.
