Mega Expo-Festival for Youth and Young Adults at E-Werk
NGX – NextGen eXperience is a deliberately new format. Instead of a classic trade fair or a pure concert, it combines festival, expo, and experience worlds for young people aged 12 to 26. For two days, areas for live music, action, gaming, VR, and meet & greets will be created at E-Werk Saarbrücken and the adjacent outdoor area – a mix that has been missing in Saarland until now.
The 2026 lineup reads like a who's who of the German TikTok and YouTube scene: Twenty4Tim, one of Germany's best-known content creators; Chapo102, a rapper with millions of followers; Lina (Larissa Strahl), singer and influencer; Domiziana; Luca-Dante Spadafora; Levent Geiger; Rubi; Aylo. They will perform live on the main stage, and there will be personal encounters with selfies and autographs at meet & greet stations.
The organizer structures the festival into three thematic pillars. "Stars" is the stage with live performances. "Fascination" bundles the experience modules: VR World, Gaming Areas, Gladiator Run / Ninja Obstacle Course, Chill-out Zones, Food Stalls, Photo Spots. "Engagement" ensures that ticket prices are kept deliberately low – so that young people from all over Saarland and the greater region can participate.
With €17.50 for a day ticket (including free public transport in Saarland and unlimited water), the festival is explicitly aimed at pupils and students. A remarkable concept: no frontal lectures, no old-school exhibition stands, but "fun facts instead of frontal information" – content is conveyed through experiential formats. Career orientation, life planning, and future topics are translated into playful modules.
E-Werk Saarbrücken is Saarbrücken's largest event hall and is located in a former power plant area north of the city center. Industrial architecture with high halls and large open spaces makes it the ideal setting for a mega expo format like NGX. The organizer is NGX – NextGen eXperience GmbH, a subsidiary of CityRadio Saarland.
Organized by NGX – NextGen eXperience (c/o CityRadio Saarland) as a completely new format. Live performances and meet & greets with Germany's biggest social media stars, plus VR worlds, gaming, Ninja obstacle course, and themed areas on future issues.
