The 24th edition of the New Orleans Festival Fürth gathered thousands of jazz and blues fans on the Fürther Freiheit on Pentecost weekend 2025. Over 13 acts over two days, free admission, Weißwurst-Frühschoppen on Sunday with a children's program — the proven recipe for success proved itself again. With the 25-year mark in 2026 in sight, the 2025 festival ran at a high organizational level.

The 24th edition in 2025 of the New Orleans Festival confirmed the success of the free festival model. Over two festival days, thousands of jazz, blues, and brass fans gathered on the Fürther Freiheit. The program included 13+ acts from Middle Franconia, Germany, and internationally.

The sponsor strategy — Sparda Bank, infra Fürth, Norma, and others — has stably supported the festival for years and enables free access. This policy distinguishes the Fürth festival from most other major jazz and blues festivals in Germany and ensures its broad audience impact.
