Overview

The 35th Neumarkt Delicacy Weeks 2025 once again attracted thousands of guests to the participating restaurants, inns, and cafés in the city. Over 30 establishments offered special menus with regional ingredients and the annual thematic focus throughout October. The Delicacy Weeks reaffirmed their position as the most important culinary festival in the Upper Palatinate and as the flagship of the GenussOrt Bayern designation.

The 2025 edition ran in the established format. Restaurants ranging from traditional taverns to upscale hotel and restaurant levels participated. The promotional brochure and the digital presence provided visitors with a comprehensive overview of participating establishments and their focus areas.

The Delicacy Weeks are proof that a well-designed regional promotional format can be successful for over three decades – when the independence of the participating restaurateurs and the appreciation of regional food culture are paramount. Neumarkt uses this flagship event to enhance its autumn tourism profile.
