Edition 2025 — Neuenheimer Fischerfest
The Neuenheimer Fischerfest 2025 took place from September 5th to 7th on Neuenheim Market Square in Heidelberg. Market Square Serenade on Friday evening, a flea market with hundreds of vendors on Saturday, cover bands and DJs on the main stage, and a family programme on Sunday — the Stadtteilverein Neuenheim e.V. once again brought thousands of visitors to the district on the right bank of the Neckar.
Fischerfest 2025 in Heidelberg-Neuenheim
The 2025 edition followed the traditional three-day concept: Market Square Serenade on Friday evening, large flea market on Saturday morning, festival activities with cover bands in the evening, and Family Day on Sunday. Thousands of visitors from Heidelberg and the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region took advantage of the warm late summer weather for a stroll around Neuenheim Market Square.
The neighbourhood's clubs and businesses ran the food stalls — pizza, bratwurst, crêpes, vegetarian bowls, pasta — offering a diverse culinary selection. The district's cultural programme, featuring dance groups and school bands from Neuenheim schools, was also showcased at the Fischerfest 2025.
