In the summer of 2025, the open-air series at the ZUK Maierhof of Benediktbeuern Monastery featured several pop and rock concerts against the monastery backdrop. NENA was not on the program in 2025; the monastery primarily used the series for regional and cross-genre acts. NENA's premiere in the Maierhof will follow in 2026.
Maierhof Open-Air Series 2025
In 2025, the Don Bosco Monastery Benediktbeuern once again opened the ZUK Maierhof for open-air concerts. The monastery uses the series to establish itself as a venue for pop, rock, and cross-genre acts, going beyond the traditional monastery concert format. NENA herself will perform in the Maierhof for the first time in 2026.
