Overview

The 149th Nailaer Wiesenfest 2025 was celebrated in July at the Naila festival grounds. Three parades characterized the weekend, the festival tent provided live music with Musikverein Steinwiesen, Dorfmusik Rugendorf, and the band Bluesnid. The school children's parade on Monday afternoon with elementary schools and kindergartens attracted particularly many families, as always.

In 2025, the Wiesenfest again followed its traditional pattern: beer tapping at the opening, main parade on Sunday, school children's parade on Monday at 1:30 PM, and festival finale on Monday evening at 6:00 PM with the band Bluesnid. The “Muckturnier” on Sunday at 5:30 PM was one of the regular program items.

Residents — as is traditional — decorated their houses along the parade route with garlands and birch branches. Thus, the 2025 Wiesenfest remained a visible symbol of Naila's civic society and its roots in the Frankenwald festival culture.
