In 2025, the four Würzburg VDP wineries Bürgerspital, Juliusspital, Staatlicher Hofkeller, and Weingut am Stein already opened their historic cellars for tastings of Franconian top wines from 6 PM to 12 AM during the Night of the Open Wine Cellars.
The 2025 edition of the Night of the Open Wine Cellars continued the popular Würzburg tradition. On one evening, the city's four major VDP predicate wineries opened their cellars from 6 PM to 12 AM.
As every year, shuttle buses connected the city-center estates with Weingut am Stein, allowing visitors to experience the diversity of Würzburg wine in a single evening – a journey through Franconian wine culture.
