The 22nd Night of the Churches Hamburg 2025 opened over 100 Hamburg churches for 200+ free events: concerts, readings, tours, and meditative formats from all Christian denominations. Organizer: ACK Hamburg.

Night of the Churches 2025 – Review

The 22nd edition once again brought an exceptionally rich cultural program to over 100 Hamburg churches. From Bach concerts at St. Michaelis to gospel at Christianskirche and jazzy sets in smaller neighborhood churches, the genres and atmospheres varied in each congregation. In the Hamburg-Mitte district, a large portion of the main churches were concentrated, with further program points spread across Altona, Eimsbüttel, Hamburg-Nord, Wandsbek, Bergedorf, and Harburg. Admission was free as always – an ecumenical gift to the city.
