Overview

The 2025 edition of Musikschutzgebiet ran from August 28th to 31st at Grünhof near Homberg/Efze. With a lineup spanning indie, punk, and hip-hop, the North Hessian festival once again confirmed its reputation as a talent incubator with a knack for emerging German and international bands.

MSG 2025 followed the usual four-day concept: camping arrival on Thursday, full concert program from Friday to Saturday, and winding down on Sunday. The stage featured acts like Fuffifufzich, Ebow, JBS, and Van Holzen. Camping was included in the weekend ticket, with catering provided by regional partners such as Wildes Rotkäppchen and Grün Zeug.

Programme

Four days of festival with camping from Thursday, concerts on two stages Friday and Saturday, indie, punk, and hip-hop acts with German and international lineup. Food court with regional partners, workshop area, late-night sets in the barn.
