Edition 2025 — Music Festival Reit im Winkl
The annual summer festival of the Reit im Winkl Music Association in July 2025 served as a dress rehearsal for the grand 2026 anniversary. With the classic festival tent at the Wirtsgwandn, traditional brass music, and a weekend festival operation, the association prepared for the 200-year celebration. The format with beer tapping, a day for associations, and a Sunday morning pint has been established for decades.
The 2025 summer edition followed the long tradition of the Music Association: a festival tent at the Wirtsgwandn, brass music from the association itself and friendly bands, Bavarian delicacies, and draft beer. For years, the event has also fostered community spirit – the traditional costume club, the fire department, and the rifle club join in.
As early as 2025, the association began actively preparing for the anniversary year: initial promotional activities, T-shirts with the anniversary logo, and the early advance sale of Spider Murphy Gang tickets for 2026 characterized the summer festival.
