Musikfest Hirschfeld – 120 Years Spielmannszug TV „Deutsche Eiche" — Edition 2025

In 2025, the Spielmannszug Hirschfeld once again demonstrated its activity — performing at Schützenfeste, village May Day celebrations, and regional Spielmannszug gatherings in Brandenburg and Saxony. Preparations for the 120th-anniversary festival in 2026 began in the second half of 2025: inviting guest associations, program planning, festival tent logistics, and parade organization. The association is one of the oldest musical groups in southern Brandenburg and a fixture in the cultural calendar of the Amt Schradenland.

With flutes, drums, pipes, and lyres, the Spielmannszug TV „Deutsche Eiche" preserves a musical tradition that is slowly fading in many small Brandenburg villages. The Hirschfeld group has played continuously for over four generations, integrating new members — an achievement upon which the 2026 anniversary music festival builds. Thus, 2025 was a transitional year, merging regular performances with anniversary preparations, driven by the volunteer commitment of the club members.
