Musica Bayreuth 2025 – Review
In 2025, Musica Bayreuth once again lived up to its motto "Classical music enlivens!". In its 64th season, the festival once again featured the outstanding historic venues of the Wagner city, attracting a classical music-loving audience from all over Upper Franconia and beyond.
2025 Program
Following the proven concept, the festival offered a wide range of genres: operas, orchestral concerts, chamber music, organ matinees, and a cappella programs at the Margravial Opera House, Fantaisie Palace, and Friedrichsforum. Student concerts and special, often surprising productions rounded off the program – as always, with the aim of making classical music lively and accessible.
