The Mueßer Frühjahrserwachen on April 27, 2025, opened the summer season of the Schwerin-Mueß Open-Air Museum. A spring market, puppet theatre, hands-on activities, and craft demonstrations attracted families from Schwerin and the surrounding area to the historic museum village on Lake Schwerin.
The 2025 Frühjahrserwachen continued the established tradition: a spring market with regional producers, family and children's activities, theatre performances, and musical contributions marked the day. The Open-Air Museum welcomed several thousand guests — a proven season-opening event in Schwerin's calendar.
