Edition 2025 — Münsterplatz Konzerte
The Münsterplatz Konzerte 2025 once again took place in the first week of June in the shadow of Freiburg Minster. Pop, rock, and individual electronic nights, each with around 2,500 visitors. Since its establishment, the concert series has positioned itself as a firm fixture in Freiburg's summer programming.
2025 Review
In 2025, the Münsterplatz concert series again featured four sold-out evenings in one of Germany's most beautiful squares. According to organizer Vaddi Concerts, the mix of pop, singer-songwriter acts, and individual electronic nights had become so well-established that the series was programmed again in 2026 with a similar format—but with a significantly harder spectrum (Sabaton-Metal) as a novelty.
