Edition 2025 — Münsterplatz Konzerte
The Münsterplatz Konzerte 2025 took place in early June on Freiburg's Münsterplatz, offering its usual wide selection of open-air evenings. Classical concerts by Albert Konzerte, pop acts, an electronic night, and the closing concert by the Freiburg Baroque Orchestra attracted thousands of visitors. The organizer, as always, was Vaddi Concerts.
Münsterplatz Konzerte 2025
In early June 2025, Münsterplatz once again transformed into an open-air stage. Vaddi Concerts and Albert Konzerte presented a mix of classical evenings, pop-hip-hop concerts, and an electronic night over nearly a week. The Freiburg Baroque Orchestra traditionally provided the closing concert with a classical open-air performance in front of the Minster facade.
The series once again confirmed its status in 2025 as one of Freiburg's significant summer events — embedded in a season that culminates with the Zeltmusikfestival ZMF in July. The atmosphere of the square, the acoustics of the Minster facade, and the curatorial breadth of the series attract a diverse audience from the city and region year after year.
