Overview

In 2025, the Müngstener Weihnachtsdorf launched as a premiere in the Brückenpark. Over all four Advent weekends, the market opened Friday to Sunday from 2 PM to 9 PM, immediately establishing itself as the most atmospheric Advent destination between Solingen and Remscheid. Free admission.

The premiere edition in 2025 implemented the concept of a family-friendly, free-access Advent market under the Müngsten Bridge. Exhibitors from the Bergisches Land region presented handmade products; Haus Müngsten served mulled wine, waffles, and hot dishes from specially erected huts. In the cold, often foggy weather, the industrial backdrop proved particularly impressive — photos of the event spread regionally on social media. The press (Solinger Tageblatt, Remscheider Generalanzeiger) reported positively and immediately ranked the market among NRW's highlights.
