Overview

The Mühldorfer Altstadtfest 2025 was celebrated as usual on the last Saturday of June at the Stadtplatz. Several stages with music programs, a children's area, and catering by local restaurateurs attracted thousands of visitors from the Mühldorf district and the Inn-Salzach region to the old town. With this edition, the town of Mühldorf am Inn once again confirmed the festival's status as the town's most important summer event.

The 37th edition in 2025 followed the proven format: a festival mile on the over 400-meter-long Stadtplatz, several stages with different music genres, and continuous catering. The festival once again benefited from its location in one of Upper Bavaria's most beautiful medieval towns — the Inn-Salzach architecture of the Stadtplatz provides an extraordinary backdrop.

The Mühldorfer Altstadtfest has established itself over the years as an attraction for all of Upper Bavaria. Due to its central location between Munich, Salzburg, and Passau, it draws visitors from a wide radius.
