Overview

In 2025, the Mozartfest Augsburg continued its tradition-conscious, curious, and open-minded programming with around 40 concerts at various venues across the city. In the hometown of Leopold Mozart, the festival brought together international soloists and ensembles in chamber music, orchestral concerts, and special program formats.

In May 2025, the Mozartfest Augsburg once again welcomed top-class international artists to the birthplace of Leopold Mozart. Around 40 concerts featuring a spectrum from chamber music and orchestral concerts to program formats beyond classical music were performed at various venues in the city of Augsburg in Swabia.

The festival reaffirmed its reputation as one of Bavaria's most significant classical festivals and a cultural highlight of Augsburg's event calendar, supported by the Augsburg City Cultural Office.
