Overview

The Monschau Festival 2025 took place, as in previous years, in the courtyard of Monschau Castle in the Eifel. Over approximately ten event days between late July and late August, the festival presented its established programme of opera, operetta, ballet, chansons, and pop classics. The main sponsor was again STAWAG.

Classical Summer 2025 in the Eifel

In the summer of 2025, the Monschau Festival continued its tradition dating back to the year 2000. As always, the castle courtyard provided the backdrop for about ten open-air evenings featuring classical music, ballet, and crossover formats. Main sponsor STAWAG accompanied the festival as a long-standing partner.

The festival is part of the established summer festival circuit in North Rhine-Westphalia and has been an attraction for visitors from the Aachen region, the Rhineland, and the neighbouring countries of Belgium and the Netherlands for years.
