The Monheimer Sommer 2025 set a new record with over 16,000 visitors. Several open-air evenings at the Baumberg Bürgerwiese on the Rhine with well-known acts from the German music scene, set against the warm summer light on the Rhine — confirmation that the format has established itself as a fixture on the Rhineland concert calendar.

In 2025, the Monheimer Sommer experienced its greatest success to date: over 16,000 visitors attended several open-air evenings at the Baumberg Bürgerwiese on the Rhine. Monheimer Kulturwerke GmbH had put together a top-class program, ranging from established German pop and rock acts to international guests. The success was convincing: the format will be repeated in 2026, with Jan Delay, Dick Brave, and Nena as the main attractions.
