The Moienmarkt 2025 in Schlieben once again upheld the town's historical market tradition. Throughout the weekend, market stalls in historical costumes, craft demonstrations, live music from medieval, folk, and cover bands, as well as a family program took place around the market square. With the 2025 market, the town also prepared for the grand 1070th anniversary celebration in 2026 — a deliberately announced link that will make the annual community festival a particularly curated highlight in 2026.
