Edition 2025 — Modus Festival

The second Modus edition in 2025 established the day-night format on a single day with an open-air at 45Hertz and a night session at Uebel & Gefährlich. Sophisticated electronic music, well-thought-out visuals, and a clearly curated line-up made the festival a firm fixture in Hamburg's electronic scene.

2025 Retrospective

In 2025, the second Modus edition followed the same day-night concept as the premiere. Daytime session at the 45Hertz grounds in the Schanzenviertel, night session at Uebel & Gefährlich on Feldstraße. Concentrated program with melodic techno, melodic house, and live acts, complemented by art installations and visual concepts.

In the Altona district and the neighboring Hamburg-Mitte district, an electronic culture is consolidating around these two locations — Modus is among the curated formats of this scene, alongside the Noisy Festival and 45Hertz Open Air.
