Edition 2025 — Medieval Market Steinau
The Steinau Medieval Market 2025 took place as usual on the 4th weekend of August. The castle courtyard, the 'Am Kumpen' market square, and the Mauerwiese camp offered two days of medieval atmosphere in the Brothers Grimm Town.
Last year's event followed the established format: camp setup starting Tuesday, market opening on Saturday at 11 AM, and the festival ending on Sunday at 6 PM. Jugglers, craftspeople, and camp groups were present as always.
Programme
Two market days in the castle courtyard and at 'Am Kumpen', plus a week of camping on the Mauerwiese. The standard medieval program included blacksmiths, turners, archery, and minstrels.
