Edition 2025 — Medieval Market Burg Rabenstein Spring
The 2025 spring edition of the Great Medieval Market at Burg Rabenstein took place from Thursday, June 19, to Sunday, June 22. Four days of medieval festivities with knight tournaments, combat demonstrations, performance artists, puppet theater, fire show, and extensive market activities around the 800-year-old hilltop castle in Ahorntal.
2025 Review
In summer weather, the 2025 spring edition once again attracted numerous medieval enthusiasts to Franconian Switzerland. The market opened on Thursday, June 19, at 12:00 PM by the herald. Until Sunday, June 22, camp groups, craftsmen, and artists from all over Germany presented a dense program of knight tournaments, combat demonstrations, medieval music, and fire shows. Opening hours were as usual: Thu 12 PM–10 PM, Fri/Sat 10 AM–10 PM, and Sun 10 AM–7 PM.
