Overview
The 2025 edition of the Medieval Market Bad Lippspringe was organized by the town on September 20th and 21st in Arminiuspark. Admission was free.
As in previous years, the market offered an authentic glimpse into medieval life across three zones: a trading area with stalls and taverns (suckling pig, mead, leather goods, jewelry), camp life with knight's tents and craft demonstrations, and a market stage featuring the medieval band Leonea and jugglers. On Saturday evening at 10:00 PM, a fire show with acrobatic stunts captivated audiences in front of the park's lagoon. On Sunday, from 1 PM to 6 PM, the shops in the city center were open for Sunday shopping, with a free shuttle bus connecting parking lots and the city center. Several thousand visitors from the Paderborn district, the East Westphalia-Lippe region, and nearby Lower Saxony attended the market.
