Edition 2025 — Medieval Festival Falkenstein Castle
The 25th Castle Festival in 2025 was the last edition before the restoration work on Falkenstein Castle.
In 2025, the Castle Festival once again gathered thousands of medieval fans in the Selke Valley. Knight fights by the Burgwache, medieval concerts, and craft demonstrations characterized the weekend. Afterward, restoration work began on the castle, and the reopening took place on Ascension Day 2026.
