Edition 2025 — MitSommer-Fest
The MitSommer-Fest 2025 took place from July 11 to 13, 2025, in Abtsgmünd. As usual, Mini-Regatta on the Lein on Friday, barrel tapping Saturday 5:30 PM, laser show at 11 PM, ecumenical festival service and Castel Bolognese band on Sunday, children's program and Minecraft tournament. Organizer: Municipality of Abtsgmünd.
MitSommer-Fest 2025
The preceding 2025 edition continued the successful format. With between 5,000 and 8,000 visitors over the three festival days, the MitSommer-Fest is one of the most visited smaller town festivals in Ostalb. The unique Mini-Regatta and the laser show are the hallmarks that make the festival known in the region.
The municipality of Abtsgmünd and the cultural department coordinated the program in the usual way; the local clubs and the international guests from Castel Bolognese (Italy) brought together the established mix of local tradition and European encounter.
