Overview

The first Mirker Maibummel 2025 took place on May 10 in Wuppertal's Mirker Viertel. Ten owner-managed shops and studios opened their doors with extended offerings, Maypoles in front of the shops, and a collection pass system for the raffle made the premiere a success.

The premiere of the Mirker Maibummel 2025 established the format as the spring counterpart to the well-established Mirker Winterbummel. Ten shops, Maypoles as guides, collection passes with a raffle, and a social gathering at the Weinerei from 6 PM onwards — a concept that drew residents and visitors to the quarter and made the independent shop culture of the Mirker Viertel visible.

Programme

Premiere on May 10, 2025, 12 PM-6 PM: 10 owner-managed shops in the Mirker Viertel, stamp pass collection with raffle, Maypoles in front of the shops, social gathering at the Weinerei from 6 PM.
