MidSummerRun Hamburg

4th MidSummerRun 2025

In June 2025, the MidSummerRun took place for the fourth time at Torhaus Wellingsbüttel – Hamburg's first run according to the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals. 5 km, 10 km, and a children's run (approx. 970 m) were, as always, on the program.

The sustainability concept was awarded 2nd place at the Hanse Environmental Award in 2025 – an acknowledgment of its consistent alignment with UN goals: ecological chalk on the course, medals made from sustainable materials with on-site date branding, organic catering from regional partners. Organizer: Lauftreff Alstertal e.V.
