Edition 2025 — Michlaarer Kerwa
The Michlaarer Kerwa 2025 took place, as is traditional, on the first weekend of August in Michelau i.OFr. For five days, visitors from the Lichtenfels district and surrounding areas flocked to the festival tent on the fairground. Party music, Kerwamusik, a foam party, and the election of the Beer Prince ensured the typical Upper Franconian Kerwa atmosphere.
The ATR Michelau also hosted the Kerwa in 2025 as a major Upper Franconian Volksfest. Party and dance bands, an open-air foam party, and the traditional customs surrounding the Beer Prince election characterized this edition.
The festival once again confirmed its role as the most important summer meeting point in Michelau and the wider Obermain region.
